School fees...

Anyone knows how to go about paying the school fees?

Anyone at all?

I tried to access the student intranet to perhaps find out more on how to pay the school fees but no! The stupid site cannot be opened! *%#@$@&@% This is not the first time this has happened! SP seriously needs to think about making their webpages accessible from students' homes!

And then, I tried to call the Student and Alumni Affairs department, thinking that perhaps they could help the poor lost student here. But no again! They referred me to another department and when I tried to call the number, it was busy! I called from 11 all the way to now, it is 3 for god's sake! &^%$#@*@ Are they really that busy? Can't they just pick up the stupid phone!

I called back the first number to ask again and you know what they said!? They asked me to call the financial department, so they gave me another number! %$#@&^* Can't they make up their minds?

I am telling all of you here, Singapore Polytechnic service sucks! SP sucks big time! I am just trying to pay my school fees you know! Don't you want my money!?! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
